Ms. Schneck is an experienced Immigration Attorney. Raised in Muncy, PA, she has a small town ethos which drives her motivation and passion in helping her immigration clients to achieve the American Dream. Having spent time living and studying abroad in Ecuador, Mexico, and Hungary, she has an understanding of the cultural differences and hardships that immigrants uniquely face.

Married to a former immigrant/recently naturalized U.S. citizen, she has personally sat in the position of the family members of her immigration clients. This has shaped her to be the type of honest, hardworking, compassionate Immigration Attorney that you would want to represent you.

Attorney Schneck has been exclusively practicing immigration law in Pittsburgh, PA for over a decade and has further years of experience as a practicing attorney. In addition, she has served as a Pro-Bono Attorney volunteering at the Pittsburgh Refugee Immigrant Assistance Center (PRIAC) located in Pittsburgh, PA, and interned for two judges (Magistradores) in the Mexican State Appellate Court System in both the Civil and Criminal Divisions with the Guanajuato State Supreme Court of Justice, Mexico. Prior to her career in law, Attorney Schneck served as a consultant to the Organization of American States (OAS) in Washington D.C. working with Ambassadors and high-level Diplomats in Latin American politics. Currently, Ms. Schneck serves on the Board of Casa San Jose, Pittsburgh (a community resource center that links Latino neighbors in need with service providers and other resources to advance their welcome and integration) and as the Chair of the Pittsburgh Chapter of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Her mission is to provide affordable representation and personal case handling to cost-conscious clients and businesses. She focuses her practice on representing individuals and businesses in all areas of immigration law. She frequently gives lectures in immigration law and provides advisory services for criminal and general practice attorneys. She also makes appearances on live Television on panels as as Immigration Law Expert. She also provides representation to some indigent immigrants on a pro-bono basis.
